August cg test

Yay, first cg art! Well, first one that wasn't done on paint. I used a weird programme called openCanvas 1.1, which I think is basically photoshop without all the special features, and it was free.

I used a piece of the lineart from my picture Apocalypse, and coloured that and did the background on aforementioned programme, then pieced it together on paint, because I didn't know how to do it otherwise. That said, those two programmes really are not compatible; they use pretty much none of the same image formats. Thus, I also used print screen. A lot. I don't know what I would do without print screen.

But yeah. This is August, hence the title. August is one of Teacup's characteres, so if you want to see how the original artist draws him, go check it out. ;D (excuse my blatant advertising ... xD;)
