Description

Took 2 1/2 hours to make this.. This is my Rockman.EXE fan character, Atarashii Karuu. Atarashii means "new", "fresh", or "recent" in Japanese. Atarashii is a DarkChip/DarkSoul scientist, and is also a General in Nation X. He also works for Nebula. ^_^
