It's really good! She looks so cute! =) I don't think there's much off with it at all, even the hands. I really love her hairstyle. =3
She reminds me of DoReMi, for any reason...I suppose it's due to her eyes (nothing bad)
About the hands, they're roughly sketched but they're very well done! If I could draw that hands...
And that foot is another Death's victim, isn't it??
Ah and I noticed she has a playful expression...I wouldn't want to play with her!!
