Continuing my series of Phineas-and-Ferb-characters-looking-sort-of-like-actual-human-beings doodles, we have Dr. Heinz Doofenschmirtz and his adversaries from the Organization Without a Cool Acronym. Look, Major Monogram's eyes are on opposite sides of his nose! My brother thinks Doof looks a little young, but I'm rather pleased with how his chin turned out. Heck of a chin there.
