The son of a friend of mine just came out as a girl, and they need all the support they can get - I know it seems like it's not much, but it means a lot to them to have supporters.

If it's not a completely unappealing idea, would you mind liking this - to help keep Kim and Leah's spirits up?

She is actually 17, but everyone in her school is protesting the injustice of her being able to dress and act as a girl. I'm a close friend of the mother; and it just breaks my heart that all of their friends and neighbors are treating them as if they are abominations. To be honest, I don't care how many likes that support page gets - my goal is to help Kim and Leah stay happy. I just want them to know that there are people that love/will love them for who they are.
I promised Kim that I would post it anywhere I could, so even though I know this kind of shameless promotion is a little annoying I had to help them somehow.

hey i dont mind this kind of promotions...it is art right? :D
and its sad because a true friend should be willing to Fight, Bleed and Die to protect eachother...so the fact that thier making an uproar about this sounds like it would be even more painful...and i dont have a problem with her wearing female cloths (after all she IS female in mind). the worry of many people is that some parents dont want "men" in a female bathroom even if the "man" is now (and had probably always been) a girl, especially after the surgery (which i am assuming she is getting) i would not have a problem with it because she is now a girl in every sense of the term. its very nice that YOU have not abandoned them. and i hope that their spirits lift and they can find the help and support they need ^.^
