Iris (W.I.T.C.H. OC)

Yeah, hi, I made-up my own Guardian. o_o Everyone meet Iris, the Guardian of Darkness and Light. Or rather, the balance between the two.

Yeah, the thing is, the balance has to be maintained at all times; one half of her power could never be greater than the other. If the balance between darkness and light was disturbed, it would mean chaos for all the worlds under Kandrakar. This was too great a responsibility to place in the hands of a child, yet at the same time, Iris had been chosen out of thousands as the one best suited for such a task.

But still, the Council was concerned. Iris was a child; just because she was the best choice, didn't mean she was the ideal choice. And even if she did master the balance, the time would come for a new Guardian of the Balance to be chosen, and the entire ordeal would start over again. Something had to be done to ensure that the balance remained equal at all times, never wavering.

Sooooo she was basically put into an eternal sleep for...well, eternity. o_o; Problem solved!

...and then, of course, she gets woken up. I haven't worked out all the kinks in that part yet, but basically, some guy is seeking to engulf the Worlds in infinite darkness, so he wakes her up, tries to use her to do this. And it works...until she figures things out, goes "frack YOU, sir!", and hauls @$$. @_@
