Vicky from the final scene of the Fairly Odd Parents movie "Channel Chasers".
Some liberties were taken with changing the outfit to change it to be more Dragon Ball Z-ish, which I'm sure half of the scene was based off of. Giving her more of a Piccolo like cape, and whatnot.
Also tried to make it look darker, more menacing. Hopefully I succeeded.
I'll get around to adding a background as soon as I can get a screen grab from the DVD. What some may not know about me is that I am colorblind. I don't want to mess with the Pallete, so I'd rather grab the color from the original pictures.
Any comments would be nice.
