yeah i agree w/ silverfox....the hands are a bit small....and (i kno i sound like an art teacher) but to get protions right put the eyes in the middle of the head....if you look at yourself in the mirrior, or another pic normally the eyes are always in the middle of the head.

I s'pose she's alright, but yes, she is a ripoff of Starfire. Titans Tower is definitely off, and her head seems pretty flat. Overall not terrible, but not the best I've seen.

I'm being very blunt here because a lot of people only say the good stuf about it, but I'm going to tell you the stuff that needs work:

There needs to be a horizon. Any art teacher will tell you that on every picture, a horizon needs to be present, because otherwise it just kinda messes the veiwer's eyes up... The sun just kinda seems to melt into the water.
Her face is good, really, and I wouldn't change a whole lot about it, only that her nose... erm... I dunno, just doesn't seem... right.
Her entire head is kinda big, and she doesn't have ears... Her bangs are fine, but I'm thinkin' there need to be hair on the sides of her face, too.
Her body is pretty out of proportion. Her arms need to be longer, she kinda needs more of a waist, and unless she's younger than 12(which I kinda doubt she is, but I dunno) she could use some more curves. I'm not talkin' HUGE curves, but some.
Her feet are nice, and her legs are pretty good, but be sure to keeps joints and how the leg bends in mind for future drawings.
I like the puppy, it's cute. I can't draw dogs for bacon(I'm pretty much limited to cats, foxes, octupi[since they're a blob with tentacles], rabbits, and the occasional hampster), so it's pretty good. The umbrella seems a bit-- off-- but is alright nonetheless.

Well, there's my critique. I don't want to come across as mean or degrading, more as constructive?...

I think you do have some big potential in you, so keep practicing and I know you'll get very good in a hurry.

This is kinda cute I like her eyes. Maybe I should write a story about her. Read one of mine and tell me if you want me to write about her.

If you make a original character it has ORIGINAL (you cannot rip off the powers of other characters )
