Hoc Fu

After being commissioned to the psyche ward as a child, Hoc Fu escaped to the jungle where he met a tiger that spoke like a man. The two became like father and son until the day a man named Mercer offered him a job in the modern world. Mercer was a mad man, madder then Hoc-Fu. He captured he rare tiger and merged it's blood with Hoc-Fu's in order to create a new breed of human with the awesome power of a angry tiger.
