A Harsh Reality

Finally, like, a month after my friend Duo's birthday I got the picture done. Basically, he got a picture of whatever he wanted from me (and I only mentioned this ON his birthday) and so he asked for a picture of his robot girl, Iraya, from his crazy-@$$ post-apocalyptic story that he's writing. And he gave me this big detailed description of exactly how he wanted it. So I went with the discription.

This is the result.

I'm really, really proud of it. I think this is the best work I've ever done. O_O It took a long, long time to do but I'm oh-so-proud of the results. I'm especially proud of the blood and the lighting and...well, everything. The only thing I dislike is the metal thing Iraya's leaning on, it should be tilted to the left more. X_x Since it's off it kind of screws up the perspective a bit. Oh well, it was my first time trying to draw things like that, I'm allowed a bit of leverage, right?

And yes, I -am- proud of the blurry Mac Hall-esque background, yes I am. :3
