This looks really good! The proportions are right & everything looks balanced. The only thing I might point out is the lines for the belt & hem of the dress. When drawing the human figure, always keep in mind that it is round, so draw all of your lines so that they curve AROUND the body. Drawing straight lines makes her look flat, & of course we don't want that. ^v^ You're improving! Keep it up!

there is one think that i caught about this pic after i posted it, that i was suprised you didnt mention.

her hair should have dipped down in a few areas like her neck and waist. ^_^

Yes, I guess that is true. That's the fun thing about art though, there is no exact way to do it. So something like that really isn't too bad. ^v^ Doing what you said would give her more of a sense of presence though. ^v^ See? You're already picking up things to improve on by yourself. That's great! Keep it up!
