Anyway, errm. You're skull is too large on you're character here. You can tell when it looks like his ears are nearly halfway across the shoulder, or at least close to it.
When you start off (assuming you start off at the head) try making you're shoulders just a wee bit longer than what you're used to. Not too much cause then you're head would look too small. Then go from there.
Don't be afriad to mess up on the arms and legs, i do it all the time, but that's how we all learn how to draw.
Just try the shoulder thing out and see if that works for you. It should help make you're arms look better and longer and you're legs too, if you keep it all pretty proportional to your shoulders and head. :)
