Are you talking about Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels? Super Mario 2 is IN America and it's the one with Peach, Luigi, Toad, and Mario.

BTW Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels DID come to America on the Super Nintendo game, Super Mario All Stars and the Gameboy Color game, Super Mario Bros. Deluxe.
