Along with what Juli said, her arms are also a bit too long. They shouldn't come down too far past her rear, with her wrists just above or level with the bottom of her bum.The cuts look really good, especially the one on her face. I also like the fact that the one part of her shirt-thing is cut, but you didn't split the rest of it. It looks very realistic that way. ^_^

The face is drawn very well, especially the eyes. All that I could point out that could be improved are the arms, they are sorta skinny and her hands are a bit smal.The blood and cuts are drawn well, poor Talim chan! *wail.
Berry good job on the clothing and all that, too.
