Being slow or not isn't very important, to my mind.
The coloring, the shading, the shades are... awesome. Particularly for the armor and the cloak. To be honest, I am very amazed that you only get one review. You did a great job.
Constructive criticism ? (I hope you don't mind me criticize, I do it for every artist...) maybe the face lacks a little depth and shading... but other than that, it's really good.
I'm looking forward to seeing your next works ! Really ! ^_^

The only constructive criticism I can really give for this is that although you're good at the hanging fabric (cloak), the shading on the fabrics that cling to a particular shape, like the pants, needs a bit of work. I'd advise you to try to accentuate the folds more. Making them all go in one direction in parts, so maybe to make it look like it's actually tucked into his belt, would be one way to do this. Also, you might want to make your fold lines longer. The thing that I think would make it look the best, though, is if you shaded the folds instead of just putting darkened lines. Try to make the color darker at a fold, then slowly make it get lighter. It'll look alot better that way.
The only other thing is the lack of shading on the face, but I see in your later pictures that you're doing much better on that. ^^
Wait...H-Hector has t-three axes...*backs away slooooowly*
All in all, it's a very nice piture! Keep it up! ^^
