TeeHeee this is lihl meh

TeeHeeee This Is Lihl Meh was inspired by London Tipton, from "Suite Life On Deck" and "Suite Life Of Zach and Cody." The Chibi I got on the *Internet reminded me so much of her, but the color seemed off. London T. is a sparkly rainbow of color. So I went to my usual, "Picnik.com" And changed the color from all pink to what you saw/see in my picture. The title I Chose was inspired by her catch phrase is "Tee Hee. Now This is Little me, Off to Pari."
