Yeah, Stratadrake's really one for anatomy I guess. LoL it's cool though! It's an awesome idea. I once combined a mythical creature with a dragon once. It was a mix between a dragon and a unicorn (style still not mastered yet ~_~) And I called it...either a Unigon or a Dragorn. Or something like that. It was pretty cool, I still gotta draw it. LoL

Interesting mix of halves you have there... it's a bit non-cohesive though (nothing really 'wrong' with that, it's just an art peeve of mine). Oh, and while the combination of feathers and skin on the wings looks cool, it doesn't really 'work'. The key about feathered wings is that the feathers are layered like a one-way surface. When a creature flaps downwards, the feathers press against each other forming a solid surface to push against the air, in turn lifting the creature upwards. But on the downflap, the feathers bend slightly to allow air to pass between the feathers; this allows a bird to flap their wings fully outstretched and generate positive lift (whereas skin-based wings must be pulled in before flapping upwards so that they don't negate the lift generated).
In other words, the layer of feathers on this draco's wings doesn't make them any more efficient for flying, it just looks cool and that's it.
Not that looking cool is a bad thing, though....
