Random sketch of Neji...as a ... ranger or something...I don't know lol I just felt like putting him in a weird and random costume, so there you go. I haven't really drawn Neji much (as you can tell) I'm pretty new to the whole Naruto series :D
Once again, the world's tilted...sigh...not as much as on the Kaiba pic tho. I might go back and re-scan both of these, but...we'll see what happens. ^^
