this is my fan character. Rakito, he is a full blooded saiyan. And he came to earth like goku, but earlier. so of course he is older and more powerful than Goku.He was training under tenshinhan (tien) untill the budokai tenkaiichi (or however you spell it) then trained under muten roshi (master roshi)
