Animate Gaze

Harry indulges in one of his favourite pass times: Snape watching.
I started reading Snarry (love that term by the way ^_^) fanfics a little while a go. Fell in love with the pairing and here's the fruit of my new love.
I really suck at perspective, hence the two different views instead of a scene of the potions room.
Sometimes I get rather finiky with drawing, trying to get every line 'perfect'. So I decided to hell with it and did a loose, sketchy piece. I like how it turned out. I like Harry's hair and head. I think he turned out better than Severus. (For some reason I feel weird calling him Severus . . .)I know the hands are awful -_-;; I also realise that he is a bit too 'pretty', but I find it hard to get him ugly.
Tried out line and cross-hatch shading, which is a first.

He loved it during the theory lessons when Severus stood at the head of the room to demonstrate. He was a man who used his whole body to explain. Every swish of a hand, every gesticulation, only enhanced the knowledge he was imparting to them.

It was clear at such times what a passion he had for potions.

Harry knew that a man’s wrists should not be the sexiest things he had ever seen, but when the man rolled up his voluminous robe sleeves and unfastened his shirt cuffs the unexpected sight of his slim arms was a definite turn on.

The brusque man was no Michelangelo statue, although with the flickering golden glow of the torches illuminating him, bringing his deep black eyes to life as he talked about his subject and seeing the enthralment, Severus Snape was a god among mortals.
