Another Dragon Contest: Alien Dragon

This is my entry for the Another Dragon contest. Since someone on there has some super serious skill, I thought I'd try a more creative route...

The Alien Dragon (which for this pic, I also made undead, simply for effect), has a number of changes I made to the body and setup.

It had four eyes, the nostrils have been moved back and sit between his rear-most eyes. To give him a little more alien feel, I made his claws smooth and curved, while I made his teeth many, sharp, tried putting some finer details in his gums and exposed a great deal of muscles. It's tongue is barbed, and in true alien fashion, has its only little mouth with which to bite you.

The wings work in a beetle-ish fashion. I wasn't able to illistrate it well, but it can do so easily and quickly. Also, its wings basically act as a second set of arms. The hadns on the apex of the wings can be used to grab things, and are sometimes more powerful then its 'actual' arms, since its wings have to be so powerful to move it.

Also, the planet from which it comes has a weaker gravitational field, so it requires less force to stay propelled, and therefore smaller wingspan.

Unlike other dragons that breath fire, ice and so forth. This dragon breaths plasma. I don't mean blood plasma, I mean the kind of plasma shown in games like Halo or Star wars. You'll be able to see when its coming though, because the moment it starts to use it, smoke will start blasting from its nostrils like a tea kettle once its boiling.

But probably its most notable feature, is its tail. One side of the tail opens up to reveal a huamn-ish eye. This eye has many abilities, including:
1. It can hypnotize those that look into it, making it deadly.
2. It can allow the dragon to completely take over your mind, rather then just hypnotism.
3. And basically it instills terror into those that gaze upon it.
4. When the dragon's four eyes start glowing, this eye will totally paralyze those that look upon it.

The other side of the tail, opens up, and on the inside of each of the four sections, there are what appear to be humanoid beings that have been abducted and absorbed into its tail. Now in the center of this side, is a mouth, which can allow the dragon to speak the language of any being it has absorbed. For example, english for humans. Orcish for orcs, etc. The mouth is also capable of incantations, allowing the dragon to use spells that it normally wouldn't be able to do.

And finally, like alot of dragons, this being is highly intelligent, but much more so then its earthly breathren. These dragons are also capable of surviving without oxygen, and can exit and re-enter atmosphere without suffering any real damage.
