Eli

This is one of the characters in a comic I was doing. I'm doing something else at the moment. His names Eli and has the mind of a child. Ans as you can see, he's very disfigured. He has no legs, but can move...and I mean Move, very fast with his arms. He is also very-VERY strong. He stays down in the cellar where no one can see him. Very sadistic on how he kills his victims...slow and painful.
