Courtney learned about Remy and the 2 popular kids Tad and Chad and what they do to Timmy. She knocked Jorgen by using Jorgen's magic wand as a demonstration to Tad, Chad and Remy (who are tied, Courtney wanted to be sure they won't ran away when she give her speech) what could happen to them if they mess with Timmy and Trixie again. Chef Hatchet added then if Courtney isn't there, they'll have to eat Chef's "excellent" fine recipes as a punishment. (I guess being stuck between 2 evils, they'll chose the lesser evil and it's not Chef's food
