Dirty Penny Gadget

First, Penny is not dirty because she was in the mud or quicksand, etc... I got inspired by Dirty Harry alias Inspector Harry Callahan, character performed by Clint Eastwood for the fanart title, mainly by his famous quotes.

We see Dr. Claw saying he'll get vengeance but Penny replied with Dirty Harry quotes "Go Ahead, make my day" and the classic "Do I feel lucky?" when she mentionned the laser ray of her watch. I guess Penny had enough to be the damsel in distress and decided to be more badass like Clint Eastwood against Dr. Claw.
