Here a fanart then I uploaded recently on Deviantart then I did as a gift for a DA user nicknamed Arthurwolf. https://www.deviantart.com/arthurwolf
We see Penny Gadget from the 1983 Inspector Gadget cartoon who emerged from the water after she dived and swim underwater and tell her friends Atsuko (from the episode "The Japanese connection") and Bridget (from the Gadget & the Gadgetinis episode "Weekend at the beach") then the water is very good and ask them to come in the water.
