Tatsuo is an Askari (mid-level) Baku. Like his fellow Askari, he is a brash, loud-mouthed ruffian. He once was a bottom-feeding Baku, feeding on petty human dreams of riches and sexual lust. However, he slaughtered one of his own to absorb their dreams, gaining a substantial increase in power and a stronger, more humanoid form over the years.
