Similar to how Jin-Fei is the upgraded version of Shintei when matrixed with Nexus The Badger.
Vegnus is Matrixed with Data from Nix The Coyote, The Real Nix is still alive and his own entity unlike Nexus.
Vegnus Specializes in a Chaos Control ability known as Black Light.
Vegnus and Jin-Fei share a heated rivalry and Vegnus only seeks to prove himself as the superior model.
