Cero is a Black Tiguar (Tiguar:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panthera_hybrid#Jaguar_and_tiger_hybrids) his Power is To nullify the Abilities of Other Characters targeted towards him or a selected individual, Ergo his name Cero The Spanish term for "Zero" he is twice as rare because not only is he a hybrid animal but also a hybrid rare animal Black Tigers are uncommon creatures as most may know. Cero Cannot Use Chaos Control, Order Shift nor Sol Manipulation, However he does Posess a Super Form only active upon the Removal of the head cloth covering his Right Eye. His Right eye bears a unique ability, it can Make Cero Manipulate another person's Element.(I.E. Look at Blaze = Fire, Shadow = Dark, Knuckles = Earth, Sonic = Wind, Chaos = Water etc.) Cero Does not however copy another Element User's abilities or skills he develops his own skills after continued mastery of say element.
Cero, is From Blaze and Silver's Timeline after Iblis was defeated and order was attained.
