Cero Unsealed

Cero in his Unsealed form (this is not his Super form) his Right eye and left hand are no longer sealed, after certain events in the storyline the seals are removed and he can control his powers, his moves are more fatal/brutal as stated before he is a Black Tiguar([link]). This form features The Elemental usage at 65% and the Full ability to nullify elemental attacks (if timed correctly). His left hand gets a boost in speed and power.
