Cero Yumegami is a Justice Angel, Justice angels have the distinction of not having a direct allegiance they Deal out justice in it's purest form. Their Specialty is "Karma" They can Magnify or Relinquish it if a person proves Unjust or Just this makes them deadly. One of Unjust heart could never hope to live another day if they make eye contact with a justice angel.
Justice angels are in two types, watchers(Pacifist observers) and Executioners(Aggressive Dealers of Justice), these two all carry signature weapons known as Scales.

Cero's Scale is Called the Radiant wings: anyone struck with the Radiant wings will be forced to face their Karma immediately.

Cero is based off of me directly.

hehehe Exactly who isn't entranced by the light but allured by the tempting beckon of the shadows. I've always considered myself as one of both elements yet of neither. My true element is void I might draw a void form of him which will be a topless Eyecandy-like drawing lol...possibly not positive lol.
