Vice Refraction Flare

Vice's Hidden Attack Refraction Flare (Only Usable in Knightmare Forme.) This move is actually a final move when Vice is Desparate, He can only use it when his chances of losing are beyond 85%, it is a counter attack move, when he is attacked by an elemental non-physical move he will seem to stand there with his eyes closed apparently accepting his fate, then countering with "Refraction Flare" (C) which refracts and reverses the move as it fires off causing foes to be anihilated. He has two Counters on for physical (Terror Bite which is obvious because he will turn his back to an enemy.) and a non-physical (he will close his eyes and not move.) He cannot switch between them and he has to be in the stance before the attack hits him, needless to say when he is aggressive he is likely less of a threat, and also he is vulnerable to the opposite type of attack when in one stance, so timing is crucial for foes. The outline was done my gf in SAI by the coloring and Editing was done by me.
