Vice's Knightmare Forme it can only be activated if Vice is enraged before he reaches low.
BTW His Specialty Move is:
("Terror Bite"): Vice Will Turn his back to the foes and cross his arms (it is a counter) the scond a foe attacks him the fands on the back will Devour the foolish foe as Vice smiles evily and returns to play. (In the picture you can see the two Fangs for the top and bottom Jaws engraved in the back of the Jacket.)
