He is a Canid (Canine Hybrid) Implanted with Nanotechnological Synaptic Enhancements He is able to Manipulate Certain Ions throughout the World in order to Cause Various Phenomena. Osirion is Softspoken and quite volitile and destructive if angered, he can be quite dangerous He is oblivious to being a weapon, His left eye is Mechanically Shielded by a single mask, and his right eye is Organically modified with nanobiotics that allow him to sense heat patterns in Lifeforms as well as sense/predict signatures to copy and reverse attacks.
