The only suggestion I have is about the lime green on his cheeks and ears. It's a bit flourescent...and with the bleak/neutral colored tone you have in there, well...my eyes become distracted. The cheek's have a good color...Perhaps using that for the ears as well?
Just a suggestion. Other than that it's wonderful!
