Arrogance is a Arrogant child and didn't listen much. Maybe it;s because her father was dead for over 400 years and her uncle was as old as that and her mother was dead. Her older sister Alou Elric (Now Vanity) lost their mother when Arrogance was born from birth complications. Fourtunately they both lived with their grandmother. As a child, Arrogance didin't listen one night, Alou was trying Alchemy to make a pair of dolls; a purple cat and a grey wolf. Unfortunately, Arrogance (Known as Kisa) Stepped onto the circle and smeared a rune on it, throwing them to the mercy of the gate, which turned them both into homunculi. Vanity, inknowing her ouroboros was on the side of her inner cheek, continued her life normally. After fleeing an attempted capture. The sisters seperated. The elder went to Central to apply for State Alchemist while Arrogance stayed low.
