I dunno why I chose to doll this....Azure isn't even a popular character of mine. I barely use him but damn, I love him to death. And yeah, he looked alot like a girl as a child. He got made fun of alot, not only because of his feminine looks but because of his blue hair. Mind you, the rest of his family has purple hair (aside from Ryu and Morri but they don't count)
I went overboard with the highlights for his hair.

As long as I have permission from those who require you ask and credit those who just want credit, I can take and use the bases according to the base makers ToS. And I am sure to credit each base maker or, if I forget their name, I ask for people who see the doll if they recognize the base maker. And I am stuck, in a way. I only get the much needed praise all people want when I use or make a base. I usually only get insulted when I draw by hand. I know I can improve and I am trying, but until I feel I'm comfortable enough to stop using a base, I won't.I know you might not try to sound mean but you do. I appreciate your opinion but it doesn't change my own.

Thank you very much. And yes, I do. Well, that's pretty mean...Using a base is like using a reference image so I don't see much a difference. As long as I give credit, it's not like I'm stealing anything. And, I do sometimes make my own bases and make dolls on them. And I do draw by hand. However, my ability to make bases and draw by hand leaves much to be desired. I find what I make on other bases to usually be much better. So until my skills in other areas get better, I'm pretty much stuck using other bases for now. And besides, I have fun.Thank you anyway, though.
