11th division captain of the Gotei 13

he gave himself his name when he met yachiru

Zaraki's surname comes from the district he once resided in, Zaraki, which is district #80 of the North Alley of Rukongai.

Kenpachi is the title bestowed upon the strongest swordsman, the one who has killed the most.

this is seriously the most awesome drawing i have ever done. really. i drew this for the awesome-o fantastical phill for his birthday because zaraki is his favorite. he likes this a lot and that's all that matters. ^_____________________^

so yeah, it's awesome and oh! the diamond up in the corner is the number 11. yup.


it took me a total of five hours to do perfectly, all day until i was satisfied.
