Nice! It looks pretty nice the way it is, not much you need to change on the style part. The style is pretty unique and original, same with that whole "no noses" thing. The faded effect works in its favor, suprisingly. :D However, in its larger version the two guys in the back (Cutter and Stan is it?) seem a bit... dark. But the light effects are distribiuted fairly well. Nice job and I'm gonna enjoy looking through your gallery. :D
