She really can't be my OC for a couple of reasons, the main one being that your OC is typically your same sex :P but other than that little detail I'd have to say that (at least to me) the term "OC," while being that yes in fact this is an original character, I've always felt like it was a term used in reference to characters made up within the bounds or you know the world of a particular anime or show or whatever. Since this is a character from a comic that is my own I don't really think that term applies.
Thanks for the complement on the dress though :D I've been trying not to suck at girl's clothing :P
