Hunter of the night...

The darkness mood would look and work better if you make parts of the picture darker than others. It adds the effect of some parts being brighter than others because of the moonlight. If possible, you could even add a moon on the top-left that highlights his evil face, or add the moon on the right and make his whole face in the dark, which would add an even more dark feeling. I like the white shine on his eye here. It really pops the eye out. You could make the shine more slant to add a "cat-eye" look to his eyes than just a round feeling. It makes him look almost innocent and non-hunterish. Where he is crouching, there should be a much darker shadow to create more of a dept in the picture. The pose is a little weak. It doesn't add a very predator-look to the picture. A more exotic, even animal-like position that makes him less easy to see by bystanders looking up would make him more supsicious, even scary. The blurred buildings in the background really add the "height" feeling and it was well-done.
