People of Elvara #5

The poor poor Tsukikarians x3 I´ve given them such a horrible history. There is also alot more to be written about them, but Corel Painter doges on me! O_o
For example, to the Tsukikarians homosexuality is quite normal and not considered a sin. Prostitution and pedophilia is not against the laws (because the Tsukikarian government is fracked up! big time! O_o)
During the last century of the humans, the Tsukikarians were also well treated and considered as equals, until the last human disappeared and the Elves took over the Tsukikarians.

Also, the black clothes they´re wearing are the official uniform of Tsukikarian prisoners.
