ok heres the story behind this .....dont you aww man me ok well anyway i was feeling hyper so i drew this but my friend told me to color it and it came out all wrong it looks ugly and now i cant take it back for some reason i can only sight draw something once but wolves i can draw over and over but this i sight drew so i hope you like plz comment ill put chibi neptune up here later <br />

She looks really pretty... I see no problem! I don't like Sailor Neptune... I like her beauty and her violin playing... but thats about it. But your pic ROCKS!!!!
