Alliance: He's an alone freelancer. However, Megatron has often hired this helping hand many times in the past. He also sometimes acts as a spy for whichever side pays him the most.

Personality: When first hearing about how he's a expensive freelancer who choses neither side, most depict him as a self-centered, greedy, and difficult to trust with secrets. However, Nightwatcher is a pretty swell kind of guy. He is very trusting when it comes to people secrets that when asked to keep, he will keep them, even if he was given the life of luxury as a payment. He just takes the money he earns to buy parts for him and keep himself from the scrap heap. It ones usual nature to do so and he rarely uses his riches for unwise decisions. He also is the type that cares for others more than himself and has rarely any time to think otherwise. This can also be considered one of his greatest weaknesses, and can easily become very trusty with someone, which could be his own fate. He is also very protective.
Although, sometimes he has his days of just totally cracking in two. It usually happens when he has no way to drone out the overloading voices of other peoples thoughts and can even go offline for a while. However, before he does, he usually goes merciless when trying to rid himself of the sounds and will shoot just about anything to get them to stop. Other than a few social flaws, he's really not that bad a guy.

Hobbies: Reading up on history of the humans captivates him, even though he himself doesn't hang out with any very much, if not at all. Also, he usually, when at the Autobot base, chills with Hellfire as a friend. However, most of their conversations deal with Nightwatcher's lack of knowledge on emotion, so Hellfire is like his mentor in the area. Another favorite is listening to music, usually Classical Instrumental like Bach & Beethoven to block out the sounds of other voices.

Weapons:
Telekinesis Frequency-
Allows him to read the mind of any Cybertronian or one with a Cybertronian signal. He is unable to do so on organics. He can also see images in their head as well. Fortunately, he can control that.

History: Everything before now is unknown. He the type that learns about others pasts, but keeps his own totally to himself.

Strengths:
Nightwatcher is very good at eaves-dropping on conversations that are intended to be secret, making him a wonderful spy for either side.
He enjoys using data (or past mistakes) as leverage against his opponents.

Even through his horrible people skills, he can be depicted as very kind through his actions.

Weakness:
Extremely loud noises or amount of voices that mess with his mind reading frequency.
He has no ability to turn off his telekinesis ability (plays loud music to tune out the sound when surrounded by hordes of enemies) Sometimes, when he has no way of blocking out the voices, he can go into overload and attack just about anything or anyone around him just for them to stop, which is why his jobs are usually done alone.
He is absolutely rusty when it comes to hand-to-hand combat.

Extremely hard for him to show emotion or compassion to some people. Although, he sometimes wishes he could. [His ability to feel emotions has gotten better from the help of Hellfire, but because he is so new to the feelings, he cannot grasp his control of them and could burst angrily without even realizing.]
Electric surges to his head (can mess with his frequency ability permanently if too much damage is done to him)

Hellfire is his best friend (maybe more?) and so her protection is his top priority.
