Okie dokie! This friggin' picture took 1 hour! I know you're probably thinking, "One hour for that pic?" Yup. 1 full hour. I'm not kidding. 
 
This is a picture of Buttercup, with an umbrella and a pretty dress. Oooh! And lookie her hair! ^________^ LOL! It took a while to do the coloring, and the outline. (BTW, I was inspired by PinkGirl to do the thick outline!) 
 
Why the title? Well, after I drew this pic, I was so happy, and I was like, "GRANDMA! GRANDPA! LOOK AT MY PICTRE!" And they're like, "Oh, look it's Buttercup as Mary Poppins!" and I said, "She's NOT MARY POPPINS!" And then the idea for the title popped into my head. Yeah. So...... ENJOY THE PICTURE OR... OR... I don't know. -_-

Well, actually, I'm not that much of a beginner. I started drawing them a little bit when they first came out, and then I stopped, because I thought it was too hard. ^-^ Then, sometime this year, I said, "Hey, the Powerpuff Girls aren't so hard to draw after all!" And I just drew them and I was pretty good! ^-^ So, it's yes and no. ^-^ I don't think you could've been THAT bad! ^-^ LOL, and don't worry, I do stupid things all the time! =D It's fine to be stupid! ^^
