Prom Night

Hmm.. I worked pretty hard on this one x.X I REALLY tried making the dress look flowy and smooth looking. I know it's small too e.e but that's the way it came out, sorry. I really really tried making this look really nice... yeah it could be better but this was really difficult to color x.x I worked like 8 hours on this thing with just coloring, the effects and such don't take so long.

I know I have a lot to work with on my people. I'm practicing, I just haven't fully Grasped the human form. I'm trying to move AWAY from the manga/shoujo style. For one they make the female characters have Really long legs..and it looks weird e.e Also I'm trying to develop my own way of drawing people. Also if you draw people, you know it's tough.. anyway I did alright on the girl, she's soft, smooth, round fetures, flowing, sprakling dress. Simple. Easy. Difficult to color x.x and this didn't really come out the way I'd hope it would :( oh well it's done over, I'm done with IT. Gawd
