I think that the colors your chose for it fit very nicely. As someone who CG's myself, I have a few ideas for you. If I were doing this character I probably would have made the hair on the head a different color... maybe a darker brown. But that's a personal opinion. The only thing that I noticed off the bat was that you didn't do the whites in the eyes. :)
