I made it with Crayola Model Magic clay paint for eye mask and beads and goggley eyes for eyes^^

he looks a bit like

The Blue Meanie From The Yellow Submarine Beatles Movie

with that painted black mask^^

well my pic taking skills stink

but enjoy this slightly edited Bloo pic anyway^^
