Penelope is in a jacket and dress hooded Claw Sees her and blushes not cuse she blushes as well but because he lost his pants and forgot to get a new pair on.
She's blushing not just cuse he's looking at her but because she notices he lost his pants and forgot to get a new pair on he must have forgotten to put on a new pair of pants from the previous scene guess they are on a break from the series lol ^^

he drops her from a high distance she saves herself by the help of his pants unwinding and landing her safely on the ground
