Funny expression of him, but the star didn't turned out well, because it rather looks like a blood spot. However, neither I can do it with bare hands, but the line tool on the left side of Paint that has a symbol "\" may help to solve it if you follow this guide: write an "A" letter,then make its - line a bit longer on the two ends, then just band the left end of - with the A's right bottom, and the right end of - with the left one. Maybe this is the easiest way to draw a star,so I hope it works^^

umm, yep, it's a bit complicated, but here's a simplier one:
1. draw /
2.then \
3. then a long _
4. then from the right end of _ to the right end of \ draw an \
5. do the same reversed^^
