Heh. First oekaki of 04. ^^; Anyway, I randomly did Fei, but a drawing at nightish (hey, no stars. oo;). I wanted to practice my shading, but I think my proportions are off. In case you couldn't tell, Fei's one of my favorite Xenogears characters, aside from Citan, Bart, Id and the female Elements. XD;
